Self Storage in Virginia Beach, Virginia

Service was great. Resident managers, Steve and Carol are extremely nice people and very helpful.

I have done business with them for many years, and will do it again in a heartbeat!!

We have been using this storage business for years and I find it very convenient from where I live and I have all positive things to say about it. They 100% served their purpose as the jackrabbit storage. Thank you for being there. Mr. Smith SR 😇

I was in need of a storage unit. Jack Rabbit storage unit is my neighborhood less than a mile from home. I went online the Jack Rabbit Storage units website. Very user friendly. I used the drop down menu to be specific in my needs. They had just what I needed. Rented it on the spot. Then I realized I rented the wrong kind ( my error). I called the number. Someone answered on a Sunday afternoon. I explained my mistake. The gentleman was very understanding and helpful. Walked be back through the process. In a matter minutes I had the unit I needed. He texted me all the information to get into my unit that day. Everything else was emailed to me. I got the perfect unit for me. I couldn’t have picked it any better in person. I will recommend Jack Rabbit storage to everyone. They even supply the lock. Thank you.

I have been with Jack Rabbit Storage Providence Road for 4 years. The operators, have been wonderful to work with. They are professional and respectful. Most of all extremely patient when I forget my entry credentials. The facility is clean and big free, no rodents or water damage. A great place to store your property.

My first time renting a storage unit, Frank was very helpful and patient walking me through the process over the phone, it so much easier to walk into the office

Storing here has been a great experience, any issues have been dealt with promptly, property is secure but easy to access when needed. Communication is also great.

Very professional and great customer service!

I like the access and security at Jack Rabbit storage units. I’ve been using them for almost 10 years. Only thing I dislike is the cost going up seems to follow gas prices but never comes back down. Seems like the price has risen more in the last couple years than early years. I understand new renters get move in deals and price breaks but so should long term loyal renters. If nothing else leave my unit price alone. All in all a good storage facility.
