I have had a storage space with Jack Rabbit for a L O N G time!! And I have to say everyone who has worked there have been so helpful and kind!!! I do miss not having someone in the office to help with things. Even if it is only a smile on their face or a "Have a nice day"

I used to have a storage unit somewhere else and it was disgusting; and on top of that they kept raising my payments. But jack rabbit storage is not like that at all. They are very clean and are always up-keeping the place. They did raise my payments but it was only $10 (not $150 more) and it is worth it. I love this place and will tell everyone to use them!!

I have been a customer of Jack Rabbit for over 15 years. While the rates have gone up of course , they have not gone up drastically and never without at least a months notice.
