Jack Rabbit Storage has called Hampton Roads home for over 50 years. We opened our first storage facility in 1977 to bring a new concept—then called "mini-warehouses"—to the region, and we remain committed to serving our neighbors with convenient locations, excellent customer service, and affordable rates.
Our Story
When we opened the first Jack Rabbit facility in 1977, most people had never heard of self-storage. In fact, Jack Rabbit was one of the very first to develop modern storage facilities in Virginia. We introduced Hampton Roads to a completely new way to solve space challenges for homes and businesses.
More than five decades later, we're still locally owned and operated, and we're still here for our community. We're honored to serve the region's residents, students, businesses, and military personnel with the same commitment to convenience and affordability that we started with.
